How Taskcube Vets and Manages Remote Talent

When you hire remote sales talent through an agency, the two questions that matter most are the ones agencies answer least clearly: who exactly is doing the work, and how do you know they are actually doing it? This post answers both for Taskcube, in plain terms.

Who our people are

Our Sales Development Representatives are based in the Philippines, the third largest English speaking nation in the world and one of the deepest talent pools for sales and customer facing roles anywhere. This is a deliberate choice, not a cost shortcut we hide. It is what lets a small business afford a dedicated two person revenue team, typically at 70 to 75 percent less than the cost of equivalent hires in the US or Canada, without cutting corners on capability.

We hire selectively for sales roles specifically. Not general virtual assistants asked to make cold calls on the side, but people whose job is outbound sales. Every SDR is trained and managed by an experienced sales leader who has sold for clients across the US, Canada, and Australia, on offers ranging from low ticket to high ticket. That leadership layer is the difference between outsourcing and abandonment.

How the team is structured

Every engagement gets a two person unit:

  • A Sales, Operations, and Implementation Manager who owns strategy, scripts, tooling, reporting, and quality control

  • A Sales Development Representative who executes the daily outreach

This structure exists so there is always a senior person accountable for the work, reviewing the calls and emails, and answering to you directly. The SDR is never working unsupervised in a vacuum.

What a working day actually looks like

We publish daily activity standards and hold our people to them. A typical day includes:

  • Prospecting and list building using real data tools such as Apollo

  • Cold calls and voicemails

  • 10 to 15 personalized emails per inbox. We cap volume deliberately, because personalization and deliverability beat mass blasting every time

  • LinkedIn relationship building

  • Structured follow up on every open conversation

  • Booking and confirming meetings and demos

  • Logging everything in the CRM the same day

Every one of those activities produces a record you can inspect. That is intentional.

How we manage quality

Three mechanisms keep the work honest:

  1. Daily KPI tracking. Activity targets are agreed with you up front, tracked daily, and reported weekly. Calls, emails, replies, meetings, qualified leads, and pipeline are all visible to you at all times.

  2. Manager review. The account manager reviews outreach quality, not just quantity. Hitting a call target with bad calls is a failure, and it gets corrected.

  3. Weekly billing. Because we bill hourly on a weekly cycle, there is nowhere for underperformance to hide for months. You see the work and the invoice side by side every week.

What we do not do

  • We do not send hundreds of templated emails a day from your domain

  • We do not hide who is doing the work or where they are based

  • We do not report vanity metrics while pipeline sits empty

  • We do not lock you into contracts that outlast your confidence in us

The honest tradeoff

We are a small operation and we work with a limited number of clients at a time. That means we cannot take every engagement, and it means you will know the people on your account by name. For businesses that want a giant vendor with a thousand seats, we are the wrong fit. For a small business that wants a capable, supervised, transparent revenue team at a price that makes sense, that is exactly what we built.

If you want to see how this would work for your business, book a call. The first step is always a conversation, and the first month is always a pilot.
